Shipping Regions

Trailvico currently ships to the following locations:

  • All 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii

We do not ship to:

  • U.S. military bases (APO/FPO/DPO addresses)
  • U.S. overseas territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
  • Remote or inaccessible areas where standard delivery services are not available

Orders with unsupported addresses may be canceled or require an alternative shipping address.


Shipping Method & Fees

  • All orders are shipped using standard shipping
  • Free standard shipping is available on all orders
  • No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
  • Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays
  • Orders are processed in the order they are received

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days(depending on location)
  • Delivery times are consistent across all supported U.S. regions, including Alaska and Hawaii

Please note that delivery time may vary slightly depending on logistics conditions, weather, or carrier delays.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email
  • Tracking information may take 1–3 days to update after shipment

Shipping Notes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information
  • Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address

Taxes

Sales tax may apply depending on your shipping address and local regulations.
Any applicable taxes will be calculated and shown at checkout where required.
